Every share is built for how families actually eat — not just what fits on a cut sheet.
Approximately 120 lbs of premium pork, including:
Everything is:
This isn’t grocery store pork.
It’s raised by local 4-H families, finished with care, and processed by a butcher we’ve trusted for over 35 years.
The flavor is different.
The bacon actually tastes like bacon.
The ham doesn’t taste processed.
And the sausage is something you’ll plan meals around.
Once it’s in your freezer, it becomes the food you reach for every day.
Every pork share includes our Ranch Kitchen Starter Pack — a few of our most-used items to help you get started right away:
So your first week of meals is already handled.
Many families choose to pair pork with beef to fully stock their freezer.
When you do, we upgrade your order to include:
It’s the difference between “we have food”… and knowing you’re set for weeks.
Most families don’t realize how valuable this is until they’ve lived with it for a week.
We only purchase a limited number of pigs each year.
Make sure you’re on the Ranch Roundup — our weekly email where we share life on the ranch, simple recipes, and give subscribers first access to beef and pork shares before they open to the public.

Welcome to T Bar J Ranch.
Where our mission is to help families have safe, high-quality beef and now pork, so they can share the goodness with those closest to them. We do that by caring for what is closest to us, our grass, our cattle, and our family.
Our ranch was homesteaded in 1909 by Allen's grandfather Nathan. His grandmother's initials make up our brand T-J. Her name was Theoline Johanna. Al grew up here and we raised our 2 boys here.
A cow-calf outfit, raising our own replacement heifers and feeding out our own steers for our beef business. That beef business has roots back to 4-H when our boys started raising their own steers to market to customers. We have gone full circle back to 4-H for the pigs we share with you. Helping support the next generation in agriculture.
