Our T Bar J Ranch Trail Sticks — often called beef sticks — are made from the same all-natural beef we raise here on our Montana ranch for our bulk beef shares.

When our cattle are processed, the premium steaks like Ribeye, New York, and Tenderloin are set aside. The remaining cuts — round, roasts, and pieces that would normally become ground beef — are ground and turned into these beef sticks.
