• Dry-aged 14 days
• Vacuum-sealed
• USDA inspected
• Processed by our long-time family butcher (35+ years)

$500 deposit on May 1 reserves your share
$1,299 balance due before delivery

Includes nationwide shipping or scheduled ranch delivery.  No extra fees added later.

• Raising cattle without hormones or antibiotics
• Careful handling and dry-aging
• USDA processing and vacuum sealing
• Cold shipping or personal delivery
