A Surprise for You!

A Surprise for You!

🎉 Congratulations to our newest Prime Rib Winner, Jared T.!

And before we go on… I need to tell you something.

We were only planning to give away two Prime Ribs this month. That was it. That was the plan.

But you all have shown up in such a big way,  supporting Montana veterans, reserving your Summer 2026 shares early, and helping us keep this ranch moving forward, that we decided to add one more.

Yes... We’re giving away a 3rd Prime Rib.

Here’s what matters:

  1. 👉 If Al hasn’t drawn your name yet, you’re still in.
  2. 👉 You now have ONE MORE chance to win.
  3. 👉 The final drawing will be on Friday night, November 21st.
  4. 👉 To be entered, just reserve your share by next Friday at 8:00 p.m.

If your name is in, you’re in — until that third Prime Rib leaves our hands.

This is our way of saying THANK YOU for being part of our ranch family and helping us feed Montana veterans with every beef share.

One more Prime Rib. One more chance. One more week.

As for Jared. . .  Al drew his name Friday night, and here’s the fun part:

Jared will be getting ribeye steaks just like these in his 2026 beef share.

The rib section produces some of the richest, most flavorful cuts on the entire animal,  and every family who reserves a share with us gets these premium steaks in their box.

Now let’s take a closer look at where this beauty comes from.

Where This Cut Comes From (Rib Primal)

The rib primal is home to some of the most tender, well-marbled beef on the steer.

This is where you find the Prime Rib, Ribeye Steaks, Cowboy Cuts, and Tomahawks.

Why it matters:

  1. ✔ Naturally tender — you don’t have to do much to it
  2. ✔ Heavy marbling = big, buttery flavor
  3. ✔ Cooks perfectly in a cast iron, on a grill, or under the broiler
  4. ✔ These are the steaks people order at a high-end steakhouse

When you reserve a beef share from us, you aren’t getting grocery-store steaks, you’re getting “better than” steakhouse-quality ribeyes, raised on Montana grasslands.

Before & After - What You’ll See in Your Share

Your boneless ribeyes arrive vacuum-sealed, frozen solid, and ready for your freezer. They’re thick-cut, richly marbled, and perfect for date nights, birthdays, or a quiet evening when you want a meal that makes you feel spoiled.

What makes our ribeyes different:

  1. ✔ No growth hormones — because we eat this beef, too
  2. ✔ No antibiotics
  3. ✔ Raised slowly & naturally on the northern plains
  4. ✔ Processed locally and delivered with care
  5. ✔ Dry, cold Montana air creates exceptional flavor

You can taste every bit of the work and the land in each steak.

This Week’s Recipe: Garlic & Herb Ribeye Steak

This is one of our go-to ribeye recipes, simple, skillet-friendly, and nearly impossible to mess up. It’s the kind of meal that makes you wonder why you ever went out for steak in the first place.

If you cook this one, send us a picture; we love seeing your steaks at home.

Why This Cut Matters for Your Family

A ribeye in your freezer is more than a treat; it’s food security, quality, and time saved.

When you have real beef at home:

  1. • You skip the grocery store runs
  2. • You avoid imported mystery beef
  3. • You always have a “nice dinner” ready
  4. • You choose clean, honest food over cheap fillers

And when the ribeyes, roasts, stew meat, burgers, and slow-cook cuts are already in your freezer, dinner becomes the easiest part of your day.

Ready to Claim Your Beef for Next Summer?

Summer 2026 beef shares are now over half reserved.

When these steers are claimed, that’s it, we’re sold out.

If you want ribeyes like these in your freezer, reserve your share here:

   Reserve Your Beef Share

Two Prime Ribs have already gone out. The next one goes out next Friday. And every share still sends 5 lbs of ground beef to the Montana Veterans Meat Locker.

From Our Ranch to Your Table

When you fill your freezer with ranch-raised beef, you take control of what your family eats.

No guessing, no foreign beef, no shortcuts, just clean, all-natural beef raised by people you know.

One order of 1/4 beef. A hundred meals. Real beef from real ranchers.

P.S. We draw one more Prime Rib winner next week. If you’re unsure what share size fits your family, just reply,  I’m happy to talk it through with you. And wouldn’t a Prime Rib be just the thing for Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner?

In honor of those who served —

Feeding Montana veterans with every beef share.
